Shiatsu in Nuneaton / Rugby

I specialised in a 3 year Diploma in Shiatsu-Do @The British School of Shiatsu -Do London . I have also attended a Shiatsu Shin Thai course (Governing Vessel) at The British School of Shiatsu-Do in Essex.

Shiatsu is a form of traditional japanese bodywork or acupressure which stimulates the body's natural healing ability. It involves gentle finger pressure on acupoints and gentle holding techniques. Palms, fingers, elbows, knees and feet may be used to relax tight muscles. Stretches and rotations helps loosen up the joints. Rocking and muscle release techniques are used along the meridians (energy lines) of the body. Shiatsu helps to rebalance the flow of Qi (energy) in the body through touch.

Shiatsu treatment time  30, 60  mins

Regular treatments of shiatsu is recommended especially if you have specific conditions or injuries, suffer from stress and anxiety or suffer with muscular problems.
